Chocolate Protein Balls!
These Protein balls are delicious, healthy, and have so many awesome variations.
You can change up the nuts, protein flavor and topping!
Let's get right down to it
Recipe! 2 cups cashews ( process) 1 cup dates ( process and add to cashews to make a nice sticky combo) Put this mix aside in your mixing bowl
Then add together the following into the processor
1 avocado 2 T honey 1/3 c melted coconut oil 1tsp Vanilla extract 1/2 c unsweetened cocoa 3 heaping T chocolate Shaklee Life Shake
Process that and add to cashews and dates. Mix together until homogeneous and roll into bite size balls. This recipe should make aprox 30.
Roll in shaved coconut flakes and freeze to harden the oil.
We leave ours the freezer because they are delicious cold
These are a seriously delicious treat. Our 2 year old thinks that these are what "chocolate" are ;)
